The story behind our start
Tropesphere was born from a simple but urgent question:
“Why is care compliance still so complex?”
Our founders came from backgrounds in both healthcare and technology, and saw firsthand how care managers were being stretched thin — not just by the demands of providing care, but by the constant pressure of staying compliant with CQC standards.
We spoke with care home staff, managers, and providers across the UK. The message was clear: there was no truly modern, intuitive solution that turned compliance from a source of stress into a strength.
So, we built one.
